This is an Artist Model 5 string bass with custom 35 inch scale specified by the client. It features an old growth Tasmanian Blackwood top over an Alder body with set neck. The long scale length and Alder body combine to render a modern clear articulate attack whilst maintaining the warmth and round tone that Alder is known for. The artist model is designed to balance well with generous front arm bevel and rear body contours and clear access to all 24 frets.
